“My Balance”

Pay As You Go customers:

To check your usage:

1. Click “Clear My Balance”
2. You will receive a confirmation message indicating your request will be processed within the next 48 hours.
3. Within this time period, check your “My Balance” again, you will see a message stating the amount you have accumulated up to that moment.
4. There is an option to pay this balance, but this is not required.
5. You can make your next request within 72 hours.

Due to the billing process, this service is unavailable between the 18th and 22nd of each month.

To pay your balance to resume service or avoid service interruption:

1. Click “Clear My Balance”
2. You will receive a confirmation message indicating your request will be processed within the next 48 hours.
3. After this time period, check your “My Balance” again, you will see a message stating the amount accumulated up to that point.
4. Select pay. Taxes corresponding to this amount will be added to your invoice.
5. If your service has been interrupted, expect for it to resume within the next 48 hours.
To avoid service interruption, we send you a message when you have reached 80% and 100% of your established limit, you can choose to pay your bill before you reach 100% or wait for the next billing cycle to begin (18th of every month).
