Reporting a Stolen/Lost Product to RealCom Abroad.

If you believe that your rental product has been stolen or lost, it is extremely important you report this to RealCom Abroad immediately. Any usage of your service until it has been reported stolen or lost is the responsibility of the contract holder.

Process for reporting a product lost or stolen:

  • Phone 24/7: 686-46-73-25 (686-GO-REAL)
  • My Account: Enter "My Account," Click "My Mail," Select "Lost/Stolen/Broken Department"

Indicate whether your phone has been lost or stolen.

If your phone has been stolen, you must file a police report. See Filing a Police Report for more assistance.
