"Step 3. Delivery and Return of Rental Products"

Delivery and Return for Customers Enrolled in Partner Programs (Study Abroad Programs)

For all orders placed at least one week before arrival in Spain:

  • Those participating in a study abroad program with one our partners will receive their orders at their orientation meeting.
  • All others will pick-up their products at one of the nearest RealCom Abroad representative office.
  • Hours for pick-up are Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • You will receive detailed pick-up instructions once your order has been processed.
  • If you would like to receive your order prior to your program orientation meeting a 7.95€ delivery fee will apply.

For orders placed while in Spain:

  • Orders can be picked-up at one of the nearest RealCom Abroad representative office.
  • Hours for pick-up are Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • You will receive detailed pick-up instructions once your order has been processed.

Program Partner Return

Drop-Off:

  • Products and accessories can be returned at your nearest RealCom Abroad representative office.

General Delivery:

All orders will be shipped to the Spanish address specified during the registration. International postage is not available.

Wireless packages should be shipped back to our main office. A pre-paid envelope will be included on the delivery envelope. Contact this number: +34 95 456 4050 to have your wireless package picked-up by the courier company. International postage is not available.
