I've reached my usage spending limit, how do I increase it?

If you have reached the spending limit established, your service will be temporarily suspended until the next billing cycle begins. You can restore your service by requesting a "Clear My Balance" and paying the amount indicated. If you would like to clear your balance:

1. Access your "My Account"
2. Click on the "My Balance" tab
3. Click on the "Clear My Balance" icon
4. You will receive a notification containing the accumulated balance up to that moment
5. Pay the accumulated balance
6. Once your balance is paid, their pre-established spending balance will be reinstated and the service will resume

What is the maximum limit that I can set up on "My Account"?

Due to security reasons all our phones have a pre-established spending limit of 50 € unless otherwise indicated in your "My Account."
