How can I check my usage to date?

Instructions to check your current usage:

1. Log-in to "My Account"

2. Select "My Balance"

3. Click "Clear My Balance." | "Check My Balance."

You will not be obligated to pay any amount by selecting this option, paying your bill is optional at this point.

4. You will receive a message indicating your current usage up to the date your request was made.

5. Current usage requests can be made every 72 hours.

How does the billing process work?

A billing cycle is the period of time for which you will be charged for the use of services. RealCom Abroad's billing cycle starts on the 18th of every month and ends on the 17th of the following month. For example, a billing cycle starts October 18th and ends November 17th Your invoice will be posted in your account between the 1st and 5th of the following month and your credit card provided will automatically be charged by the amount due. For example, for the billing period of October 18th to November 17th, invoices will be posted between December 1st and 5th *On the 18th of every month, your account will be reset to your established spending limit

Where can I check the detailed list of my usage?

You will be able to see usage details after the first invoice has been posted in your "My Account" under "My Invoices." This will occur between the 1st and 5th of the month following the previous billing cycle. For example, for the billing period of October 18th to November 17th, invoices will be posted between December 1st and 5th

Why am I being billed after I have returned my wireless package?

Because of the time frame of our billing cycle, there will remain outstanding bill(s) requiring payment after you have returned your wireless package. Your billing cycle and payment period are available for your review in your "My Account" under "My Invoices." For example, you return your wireless package on December 22nd. Your next invoice will be posted between January 1st and 5th and will reflect the usage period of November 18th to December 17th. Your last invoice will be posted between February 1st and 5th and will reflect the usage period of December 18th to December 22nd.

When am I going to receive my deposit reimbursement?

After all outstanding bills have been paid; you will receive your deposit within 30 days of your final invoice. The deposit amount will be automatically credited to the credit card provided during the initial registration process.

*Please check your "My Invoices" section of your "My Account" for the approximate reimbursement date of your deposit fee.
